Renforcement des capacités en Géomatique appliquée à l’Agriculture et à l’Environnement en Tunisie
Le projet GEOMAG aborde 4 priorités : Environnement ; Ingénierie et techniques apparentées ; TIC ; Agriculture, sylviculture et halieutiques.
Il a pour objectif de renforcer les capacités en Géomatique appliquée à l’agriculture et à l’environnement en Tunisie permettant de mieux organiser le secteur de la géomatique, particulièrement en ce qui concerne l’offre de formation diplômante et la formation continue dans le secteur de l’agriculture et de l’environnement.
Il sera essentiellement basé sur :
Le diagnostic de l’existant
Le diagnostic de l’existant en Tunisie en ce qui concerne l’usage de la télédétection et des SIG (par les partenaires du monde socio-‐économique reliés au secteur agronomique et à l’environnement et au niveau des offres de formation et recherche universitaire et de formation continue)
L’évaluation des besoins
L’évaluation des besoins du secteur en question au point de vue formation diplômante et formation continue, normalisation et qualité des données ainsi qu’au point de vue réglementation vis à vis de la responsabilité de production et de circulation de l’information géographique en général et particulièrement dans les domaines de l’agriculture, de la gestion des ressources naturelles et de l’environnement.
Le rassemblement d’universitaires
Le rassemblement d’universitaires UE et TN spécialistes dans le secteur pour l’ingénierie pédagogique permettant la conception de modules en géomatique selon une démarche qualité en formation initiale (CI, L, M et D) et d’autres en formation continue pouvant être dispensés en présentiel ou à distance (e-learning).
Le soutien et l’accompagnement
Le soutien et l’accompagnement dans une démarche qualité d’un master en Géomatique appliquée à l’agriculture et à l’environnement (M2 GEOMAG) qui a démarré courant l’année universitaire 2018/2019 à INAT et d’un autre mastère (GEOIDE) de l’UMA.
L’organisation de sessions de formation
L’organisation de sessions de formation et de sensibilisation aux aspects liés à la qualité et la normalisation des données géographiques ainsi qu’à l’importance de la mutualisation des moyens pour la circulation de l’information géographique et ceci tout particulièrement dans le domaine de l’agriculture et de l’environnement.
La création d’une Plateforme Web
La création d’une La Plateforme Web e_Learning e-‐Collaboration (PWLC) permettant de mettre en réseau des experts en géomatique mais également les délivrables du projet (rapport d’évaluation des besoins, le référentiel des compétences en géomatique et agriculture, Mooc FP-‐SE , les modules FP, FI, FOAD conçus.)
